Dynatrac CODEX - Phase 3

If this was a JL stretch project I would think it was decent now that it actually has a real Dynatrac product (the axles) and some appropriate tires. As a project to show what Dynatrac can bring to the table for Gladiator owners though...I still don't get it at all. There is nothing about the door delete, the frame butchering, or the insanely low gas tank that will ever make sense to me. Oh well, to each their own I guess. If nothing else, Dynatrac can always put the bed box back on and lay claim to owning the world's coolest dog catcher.

but you know you would like to take for a spin...

it needs the original bed back on...then it would still be a Gladiator...

Honestly? Given the choice I would rather take your double cab camping or your JK6 for a speed run than screw around with the Codex. Both of your rigs are built far better (and smarter) in my opinion.

And for the record, I really liked Code1 so this isn't by any means a "hate for Dynatrac" thing. I can't picture myself ever buying an axle besides a Prorock because I truly do think they are the best in the business and have earned the reputation they have. This particular build is just an anomaly to me. I just don't understand the vision or the implementation and I view it as a colossal wasted opportunity. Like I said though, to each their own. Hell, I also don't understand unibrow grills but apparently a fair amount of people like them.
